With player development as our top priority, we provide a comprehensive training program that focuses on enhancing fundamental skills and maximizing each player's potential.
Our expert coaching staff will guide you through one-hour classes packed with essential basketball fundamentals. From ball-handling and shooting to game moves, defense, footwork, conditioning, game play, and more, we've got you covered.
Our offering is technical basketball skill development with an emphasis on ball handling, passing and shooting or finishing. We designed our offerings to help you achieve your maximum potential on the court. Our coaching staff will assess your abilities and group you with players of similar age and skill level, so you'll always be challenged to improve.
This class gives players a firm foundation in mastering the skills needed to become a great basketball player. No matter what position you play or skill level you are at, the fundamentals come first. This class will teach you the core fundamentals needed to become better on the court. We will cover skills ranging from ball-handling, shooting form, layups, defense, and rebounding.
These sessions will teach you the core fundamentals needed to become an elite player. No matter what position you are on the court, all players must master the characteristics of a point guard and improve their basketball IQ. Learning the art of passing, making proper reads, handling the ball, and seeing the floor with precision.
This class has 2 levels of difficulty
These sessions will help you become quicker and more explosive. Increase your athleticism and stamina on the court. This training class will push players to the limits physically and mentally! We feature a series of drills, exercises, and workouts which will help athletes develop muscle, strength, and stability. We put players through footwork/agility drills and stations to increase their speed and stamina.

These sessions consist of a total game tune-up focusing on ball-handling, shooting, conditioning, and footwork. Group training sessions consist of a total game tune-up focusing on ball handling, game moves, shooting, conditioning, footwork, and more. The group session atmosphere allows each player to develop and compete in a competitive teaching environment.

This program is for players who have been playing basketball at a HIGH level for multiple years.
(Players will NOT be in this class unless moved by a trainer.)
An all-girls class that teaches the core fundamentals of the game. Empowering the next generation of female ballers while providing female players who aspire to play at the next level the tools they need to succeed. We provide girls of all ages the opportunity to learn, excel and perfect their game of basketball. We also focus on improving player’s skills while emphasizing ball handling, offense, defense, shooting and game fundamentals.
