When you come to our site, we may store cookies on your computer to help produce a richer user experience. A cookie is a small file that uniquely identifies your web browser so that we can maintain your preferences across page requests. We will never use cookies to capture unnecessary data or to track what you are doing on websites other than our own.

Many web browsers have cookies enabled by default. If you prefer not to have your browser store cookies, you can access your browser’s preferences and disable cookies. However, this may result in the loss of some non-critical site functionality on the user end.

This may include: name of page requested, IP address, browser type, date/time of request, cookie information (if available), and any other data passed by your computer to facilitate the page request.

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with TTY under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from TTY and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
